Your AI workforce, built for you.
A chief of staff, someone chasing the invoices, a hand on the Monday report. We build them, you hire them.
Assistants, design, email, research, tasks, invoices — all of it

What we build
Three ways SuiteBot takes the work off you.
Brief your bot
Name
What it should do
We build it for you
Tell us the job in plain words. We build the bot that does it — no prompts to write, nothing to wire up.

It plugs into your tools
The inbox, the calendar, the drive, the board, the ledger. If your team touches it, your bot can too.

- Monday reportevery Monday 08:00Running
It runs without you
On a schedule or on a trigger, every day, asking a person only when something needs a decision.
How it works
From a sentence to something that runs itself.
Give it a job
Write the bot’s instructions in plain language — what it handles, how it answers, and when it should stop and ask you.
Connect its tools
Grant it an inbox, a calendar, a drive, a task list. Permission is per bot and per account, so one bot’s access is never another’s.
Put it on a schedule
Daily or weekly, in your timezone. It runs on the server whether or not anyone has a tab open, and reports what it did.
Use cases
The jobs nobody wants and everybody still does.
The morning summary
The difference
A bot costs a tenth of a hire and never hands in notice.
Doing it by hand
- A salary, super and on-costs — near $85k
- Recruiting, onboarding, and doing it again
- Leave, sick days, and the handover after
- Knowledge that walks out with the person
- Eight hours a day, five days a week
With SuiteBot
- $5,000 to build, $300 a month to run
- Built once, by us, and handed over working
- No leave to cover and nothing to hand over
- The instructions are the knowledge, and they stay
- Every hour, including the ones you are asleep

What people say
Less admin, more of the work you meant to do.
“The morning triage used to eat the first hour of every day. Now it is done before I sit down, and I only see the three things that need me.”
“What sold me was that it asks before it sends. I can let it draft everything because nothing goes out without me seeing it.”
“The run history is the part I did not expect to care about. When something looks wrong I can see exactly what it did and why.”
Integrations
It works where your work already lives.
Anything Composio connects to, a bot can be given. Grant it per bot and per account — what you did not hand over is not hidden from it, it is out of reach.
FAQ
The questions everyone asks first.
A chatbot answers when you open it. A bot here runs on a schedule whether anyone is watching, uses the tools you have granted it, and leaves a record of what it did. Chat is one way in, not the product.
Not unless you decide it can. Sending is approval-gated by default: the bot drafts, then stops and waits. The pause is stored in the database, so nothing sits open holding a process while you think.
Three things. A ceiling of $5 a day per workspace that refuses new runs once hit, a budget, step limit and stopwatch on every individual run, and a record of what each call cost. A typical task is about two cents.
Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and every query takes the workspace as a required argument rather than a convention someone might forget. Access is checked in seven layers before a tool runs.
Anything in Composio’s catalogue — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, ClickUp, Xero and web search are the ones we deliver today. Each is granted per bot and per account, so one bot’s inbox is never another’s.
Yes — every tool call it made, in order, with what came back. That log is the audit trail itself, not a summary written afterwards from memory.
Tell us what you keep putting off.
We will come back with what it would take to build it, what it would cost, and how long before it is running.
- A reply from a person, not a sequence
- A scoped build, not a subscription to figure out
- No obligation to go ahead
The work does not stop. Someone should be on it.
Start with one bot on one job. Add the rest when it has earned them.
